Payment

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards, Paypal, and Affirm (US only).

You can safely and comfortably pay with your credit card on steelseries.com. We have partnered with Stripe, a leading payment service providers in the world, to handle your credit card details safely. We do not store your credit card details.

Shipping

All orders ship within 24 business hours (excluding holidays and if otherwise noted at checkout). All customers receive a tracking number so they can follow their package during the entire transit time.

For shipments within the US and EU, please expect 2-5 business days for delivery. For all other shipments please expect 5-7 business days for delivery.

Free shipping is for deliveries within the contiguous US only

Shipments in the United States and Canada will be shipped with FedEx. Shipments going to countries in the Europe will ship with the United Parcel Service(UPS). Shipments going to Asia and Oceania will be shipped with DHL. Shipments within the Hong Kong area will be shipped with local SF Post.

Cancellation & Changes

Please verify your order details as we cannot amend your order once processed to our warehouse for shipment. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Alternatively, you may cancel your order by logging in to your SteelSeries SSID account and canceling the order from the order dashboard. If additions to the order or different products are requested, kindly place a new order. In many cases it may be too late to cancel your order. In this case, it is best to wait for your package to be delivered and then going through the return process.

Shipments going to Canada will have all duties and taxes paid for and included in the final cost that is paid at checkout.

Warranty terms

During the Warranty Period, SteelSeries replace (at SteelSeries sole discretion) the product or any defective parts IF available (“Warranty Service”). If repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be carried out in a timely manner, SteelSeries may choose to offer store credit to you the purchase price paid for the affected product. Warranty terms does not give the right to any extension or a recommencement of the Warranty Period.

Breakage due to abuse, cosmetic damage, dents, and chips, improper usage, water damage, tampering with the product or other causes attributable to events outside the manufacturing process.

The warranty is non-transferable. It is only valid to the first party in the country of original purchase. If the product was purchased from a third-party SteelSeries reseller, please refer to the regional distributor for warranty services.
