1. Eligibility:
The SteelSeries GG Anniversary Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, who are at least the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of GN Hearing Care Corporation (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 24th of June, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on 7th of July, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter:
There are two main components to participate and earn entries into the various prize tiers: (A) Opting-In and (B) Completing In-App Actions – whether you choose one or the other no purchase is required to enter.

(A) Opt-In: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the GG Anniversary campaign landing page located at https://steelseries.com/gg/anniversary-2025 (the "Campaign Page") and complete the official opt-in form by providing your valid email address. Submitting your email address via this form constitutes your official "Opt-In" to the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Opt-In per person/email address.
(B) Completing In-App Actions (Earning "Candles" and Entries):
First Candle (Tier 1 Entry & Discount Code Eligibility): After Opting-In, you must sign in to the GG software application ("GG App") using the same email address you provided during Opt-In. Successfully signing in will automatically earn you your "First Candle" and make you eligible for the Tier 1 prize draw (details in Section 6) and the associated DTC discount code (details separately communicated).
Subsequent Candles (Tier 2, 3, 4 Entries): To earn entries into higher prize tiers, after earning your First Candle, you must complete the following distinct actions (each a "Qualifying Action") within the GG App, while signed in with your Opt-In email address, during the Sweepstakes Period:
Action 1: Use any Sonar preset at least once.
Action 2: Save any clip using the Moments feature at least once.
Action 3: Play any game in the 3D Aim Trainer at least once.
Each successfully completed and verified Qualifying Action will earn you an additional "Candle." The total number of Candles earned (including the First Candle) determines your eligibility for prize tiers as outlined in Section 6. Sponsor will track completed Qualifying Actions. Actions must be genuinely performed by the entrant. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Entry Limits & Verification:
Limit one (1) Opt-In per person and per email address. Each person may earn a maximum of Four (4) Candles throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries/Candles by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

All ARVs are in USD (or specify local currency). No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Winner Selection and Notification:
A random drawing will be conducted on or around 15th of July, 2025. Sponsor or its designated representative will conduct a random drawing for each prize tier from all eligible entries received for that tier. For example, entrants who earned 4 Candles will be eligible for the Tier 4 draw, Tier 3 draw, Tier 2 draw. Entrants who earned 2 Candles will be eligible for the Tier 2 draw. An entrant can only win one (1) prize from Tiers 2-4. If an entrant is selected as a winner for a higher tier, they will not be eligible for lower tiers in subsequent draws for those main tiers. The Bonus Draw will be conducted separately.

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided during Opt-In within 5 business days following the winner selection. Potential Winners will be required to respond to the notification within seven days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively "Affidavit/Release"). If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period (if applicable), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if they are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, then that potential Winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries for that tier.

8. Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each respective prize tier.

9. General Conditions:
By entering the Sweepstakes (except where prohibited by law), each entrant grants the Sweepstakes Entities the irrevocable, sublicensable, absolute right and permission to use, publish, post, or display his or her name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information, biographical information, any quotes attributable to him or her, any other personal attribute (regardless of whether altered, changed, modified, edited, used alone, or used with other material in the Released Parties’ sole discretion) for advertising, trade, commercial, promotional and publicity purposes without further obligation or compensation of any kind to him or her, anywhere worldwide, in any medium now known or hereafter devised, without any limitation of time, and without notice, review, or approval and each entrant releases all Released Parties from any and all liability related thereto. Nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates any Sweepstakes Entity to make use of any of the rights granted herein and the winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use.

Sponsor’s decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, including interpretation of these Official Rules, acceptance or rejection of purported entries, determination of the winners, and awarding of the prizes. All participants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes. Participants further agree not to damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes Site and/or prevent others from using the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict or void entries or participation from any IP address or other identifiable source if any suspicious entry and/or participation is detected and to disqualify any entrant such suspicious participation benefitted. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries of any entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s failure to or decision not to enforce any provision in these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event there is an alleged or actual ambiguity, discrepancy, or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and/or these Official Rules (including any alleged discrepancy or inconsistency within these Official Rules), it will be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. If Sponsor determines, at any time and in its sole discretion, that a winner or potential winner is disqualified, ineligible, in violation of these Official Rules, or engaging in behavior that Sponsor deems obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner or potential winner, even if the disqualified winner or potential winner may have been notified or displayed or announced anywhere. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award the prizes from eligible entries received prior to cancellation, modification, or suspension or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. If any person supplies false information, obtains entries by automated or other fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain any prize, the Sponsor may disqualify that person and seek damages from him or her and that person may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be declared to be the primary registered account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria, otherwise the entry may be disqualified and any potential prize won forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. A registered account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the applicable domain. Winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, in its sole discretion, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

Caution: Any attempt to damage any online service or website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. If such an attempt is made, the Sponsor may disqualify any participant making such an attempt and may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT/GOVERNING LAW/CLASS-ACTION WAIVER/DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Both you and the Sweepstakes Entities waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to bring or resolve any dispute related to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules as a class, consolidated, representative, collective, or private attorney-general action. Both you and the Sweepstakes Entities waive the right to participate in a class, consolidated, representative, collective, or private attorney-general action related to any dispute that is brought by anyone else. Notwithstanding any provision in the ICC (defined below) rules to the contrary, the arbitrator shall not have the authority or any jurisdiction to hear the arbitration as a class, consolidated, representative, collective, or private attorney general action or to consolidate, join, or otherwise combine the claims of different persons into one proceeding.

You agree that these Official Rules and your participation in the Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Denmark without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and the Sweepstakes Entities each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Sweepstakes Entities shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and review is limited. The arbitrator's decision and award are final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as expressly set forth elsewhere in this section, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Official Rules will be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the Rules of Arbitration (including the Expedited Procedure Provisions where permitted) of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or any successor to the ICC. In the event the ICC is unwilling or unable to commence arbitration procedures within thirty (30) days of the filing of a request for arbitration and submission of any required fees, then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by another mutually agreeable arbitration administration service that will hear the case. Arbitration will be conducted in English unless the parties mutually agree upon another language. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, another location mutually agreed upon by the parties, or – where required by the ICC rules – near entrant’s place of residence. The governing law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions or class arbitrations; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate does not apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Copenhagen, Denmark. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator's fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding your attorney’s fees or any travel or other costs incurred by you to attend the arbitration hearing). In no event will you seek or be entitled to rescission, injunctive or other equitable relief or to enjoin or restrain the operation or exploitation of any Sponsor Sweepstakes or other property, provided that nothing in these Official Rules will restrict a participant’s right under applicable law, if any, to pursue public injunctive relief otherwise in accordance with this dispute-resolution provision.
